Store Policies
While our gallery displays some of our pieces, our full line of items currently available for sale can be viewed by clicking the “shop” tab above. You will be automatically redirected to our Etsy shop, where all of our ecommerce is handled securely. We accept Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout as payment for our products.
Payments
Customers may pay using either Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout. We accept all major credit cards as well as Etsy gift cards. All items, including custom listings, must be paid for before they are shipped out.
Shipping
Times: Orders ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, via USPS with delivery confirmation. Your order will ship on the next closest day to your order date. For example, if you place and order on a Thursday, it will ship out on the following Tuesday. Custom listed items may take up to fourteen (14) days to ship out, as these items are made to order.
Refunds/Exchanges
We accept unworn returns and exchanges for store credit only. Returns/ exchanges must be post marked within 5 days of delivery. Returns/exchanges must be in the same condition as when order was sent out to the customer from C & C headquarters. Any items that have been worn or are not post marked within 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us (via Etsy) in the event of an exchange/return to let us know that you will be sending back your item. Please include your transaction ID number (located on your receipt) with your return/exchange. Once we receive your item back, we will process your return/exchange for store credit. Shipping charges to send your item back to us will be the customer’s responsibility.
Due to specifics on custom colors/measurements, custom listings and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Color Matching
On some items, a swatch of the material(s) used may be sent to you for color matching to your gown. Please contact us and we can create a custom listing on our Etsy site for a swatch . The cost of a material swatch is $2, with free shipping via USPS.
Custom Colors
Some items can be recreated in colors other than what the item is currently listed in. Please contact us for availability, and a custom listing may be able to be created for you. Custom listings must be paid for within five (5) days of its listing. Once the item is paid for, it will then be made. The allotment of up to fourteen (14) days for shipping on custom items will be counted after the item is paid. For example, if you take 4 days to pay for your custom item, the 14 days max lead time to create the item for you will begin the day after you have paid.

Please see the description under each item listed on our Etsy shop page to see specifics on size/ dimensions. For a size different than what is currently offered, please contact us and we may be able to create a custom listing for your size needed.
